Settings

Settings is admin territory (everyone else sees just Profile and Security). Here is the map.

Shop setup

• Profile. Shop name, phone, email, website, address, your Google review link, and the logo that prints on invoices.
• Rates. Default labor rate, tax rate and whether labor is taxed, environmental fee with cap, and the parts markup matrix, your markup percentage by cost bracket, which prices every part that flows in from PartsTech. Legal identifiers live here too: Tax ID, BAR number, business license, EPA ID, plus the warranty and terms text printed on invoices.
• Hours. Weekly opening hours, which drive scheduling.
• Team. Members, roles, invites, schedule visibility, diag capability, and working hours. See Team and roles.

Operations

• Service menu. The catalog customers can book from.
• Booking. Your public URL, whether customers pick times or request them, drop-off capacity, bays, lead time, and utilization target. See Website booking.
• Outreach. Segments, daily caps, quiet hours, reminders, review asks, auto status updates, and your shop's writing voice. See Outreach.
• Receptionist. Call and text toggles and the transfer number. See The AI receptionist.

Connections

• Payments. Stripe Connect for online payment. See Getting paid.
• Texting. Carrier registration and your shop number. See Texting setup.

Account

• Billing. Plan, usage against the monthly cap, who covers the service fee, and the Refer a shop card. See Pricing.
