The flow
- Set up billing first. Carrier registration has real-world costs, and CarSignal absorbs them for active shops.
- Submit registration. CarSignal maps your shop and owner details into the carrier filing, whether you register as a sole proprietor or with an EIN. You share CarSignal's hosted terms, privacy, and opt-in documentation, so there is nothing to write.
- Watch the status. The page tracks it live: not started, submitted, pending review, approved, phone ready. Rejections show the carrier's reason in plain language with a fix-and-retry path.
- Approval is automatic from there. The moment carriers approve, CarSignal provisions your dedicated number and flips the shop to phone ready. No further action.
