Financials is the admin-only money view, navigated month by month, with Excel export.

The tabs

• Overview. Revenue against last month, margin, net profit, and expenses by category.
• Payments. Your Stripe money in motion: collected this month, on the way to your bank, the next payout, per-invoice lookup, and payout history.
• Expenses. Log and categorize shop expenses so the profit number is real.
• Team. Technician pay rates, hourly or salary.
• By tech. An operational profit lens per technician: what each bay is actually producing.

Where the numbers come from

Revenue comes from paid invoices; payment and payout data comes straight from Stripe; expenses and pay rates are what you enter. No spreadsheet assembly.
