QuickBooks sync

If your accountant lives in QuickBooks Online, connect it once in Settings, Integrations, and stop double-entering.

What syncs

• When an invoice is paid, CarSignal pushes it to QuickBooks as an invoice plus its payment.
• The customer is found or created in QuickBooks by name.
• Line items are summarized as parts and labor totals, with tax carried as an amount, which keeps your books clean without importing every spark plug.
• Voids and refunds sync too, so the books track reality.

How the connection works

It is a per-shop QuickBooks login (OAuth). Tokens refresh themselves; if the connection ever breaks, Settings shows it and reconnecting takes a minute.
