The Receptionist page is where you review what the AI handled while you were busy. It is a record, not a second inbox: when a caller needs a human, you call back or pick up their text thread in Messages — the console jumps you straight there.
The console
- Interactions and leads created across the top, for all time or the last 7 or 30 days, with a channel filter for calls vs texts.
- A searchable list split into All activity and Needs attention: each row shows who, what they asked for (from the jobs the assistant actually created), and what came of it.
- A reader for the selected conversation: the request as a headline with the vehicle, requested time, and outcome pulled from the created records, an Open lead button, and the transcript — calls read as a speaker record with the caller's name, texts render as the message thread they were.
Status chips
| Chip | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lead created | The request became a vehicle and open issues on your board |
| Needs a human | The caller asked for something beyond lead capture; follow up |
| In progress | The conversation is still going |
| Declined | The caller said no thanks; the AI closed politely |
| Not a customer | Wrong number, spam, or solicitation |
| Answered | Handled without needing a lead |
View lead jumps straight to the created vehicle. Transcripts can be deleted if you do not want to keep them.
Tip
Check the Needs attention filter each morning. It is the short list of conversations where a human touch wins the job.
